Specialised Printing Process: How We Create Our Anodized Aluminum Printed Products.
We select only the highest quality aluminum alloy for our projects. This sheet metal is anodized under controlled laboratory conditions to ensure a uniform pore depth. The outcome is an anodized layer that is both deeper (20 microns) and more stable than any other available source.
Our process involves dyeing metal and filling its pores with colors that form a high-resolution image. We create true photographic images at 1400×1400 dpi, producing results that rival offset printing in quality. Whether you need full color, solid color, or black, our images are sharper than those created through screen printing. Our photos showcase natural colors and skin tones, delivering authentic, high-quality photographic imaging.
Once the image is transferred onto the metal, it undergoes a thermo-chemical sealing process. This step locks the image into the metal while creating an anodic layer that seals the surface of the aluminum. This final treatment makes the product highly resistant to UV rays, salt spray, extreme heat, chemicals, fungi, and general environmental wear, such as rain, wind, dust, air pollution, and graffiti.
